The former TOWIE star has broken his silence on best friend Sam Thompson’s ex and her new man
Former TOWIE star Pete Wicks is a man with A LOT of showbiz pals, with a contacts list that boasts everyone from Love Island stars Olivia Attwood and Faye Winter to Geordie Shore legend Vicky Pattinson – but, of course, none of them compare to his BFF Sam Thompson.
Pete and Sam grew close when they appeared on Celebs Go Dating together and they’ve gone on to co-host the hugely successful Staying Relevant podcast but, as well as smashing it together professionally, they’ve also been there for each other in their personal lives too.
Sam has been supported by Pete throughout his breakup with Love Island 2018 bombshell Zara McDermott and now the tattooed reality TV lothario has spoken out after Zara was pictured with rumoured new boyfriend Louis Tomlinson.
Speaking on KISS Breakfast, which he’s been co-hosting with Olivia this week, Pete begun, ‘I know them, I have a sight connection there and you know, I’m happy, I’m happy for them…’
He continued ‘That’s amazing, I’ve seen the pictures they’re walking through a car park, really romantic,’ and is it just us or is that bit rather shady?
Addressing Olivia, Pete added, ‘I’m really struggling not to say anything but it is good gossip. I might tell you some more off air.’

Sam and Zara split in December after five years together and although they’ve never given an official reason for the breakup, it’s been reported that Zara ‘didn’t feel like the priority’ in Sam’s life.
While Zara’s seemingly moved on with One Direction singer Louis, Sam’s clearly ready to get back in the dating game too as he was recently spotted on celebrity dating app Raya.
The former Made in Chelsea star also sparked rumours he’s got his eye on All Stars Islander Samie Elishi as they recently followed each other on Instagram and he was spotted liking several of her selfies.
